According to the publication of Auto Express the chief executive manager of DRB-Hicom group, Farikulla Aslam, said that the company rejects the four out of five new models which were at different stages of development at the company. The projects which have been developed by the former head of Lotus Dany Bahar are going to be relooked, but the majority will be annulled and not only because of the reputation and the image reasons, but also because the former CEO was not paying much attention to them.

The work will continue only on the future sports car – the successor of the coupe Esprit. Previously planned to be equipped with the new “Lotus” engines and transmissions, developed by themselves.
