As we have gathered some new information about the project of the great three car companies – Lotus, Infinity and Renault, we want to present them to our readers. Information as we said has been accepted by the headquarters of the two other companies involved in the project, as not to mention Lotus which has accepted it as well. The interesting part of the current stage of development lies int he question, which engine will be put into the Renault super car, as there are two options – into the rear of the middle part, this still under negotiations between the companies. As some car magazines state, the project is very ambitious many companies would not have been able to cope alone, but the alliance of the three will work greatly. At the same time, the Lotus nicest feature is that the assembly may happen on the territory of Britain, especially it is possible for the supercar Emerg-e.

Both Renault Alpine and Infiniti Emerg-e will be smaller series cars, and therefore a common platform could significantly reduce the cost of their production. But the other platform will be used, however no particular details are given yet. In turn, such a deal for Lotus would be very beneficial in financial terms, as the company is going through hard times.
