Our readers may remember, when we were presenting the Paris motor show at which Lotus has showed a great number of the concepts. However, one which was left not discussed in great details was the concept Lotus Eterne, which appeared before the eyes of the viewers in the noble grey shade. It was another concept on the stand of Lotus in Paris, the stylish Lotus Eterne, representing a four-door coupe, clearly aimed at such cars as the Porsche Panamera and Aston Martin Rapid.

Information about this car was given the least and not to many car magazines, because the appearance of this model is expected only in the future 2015 year, while other concepts are expected in 2014 or even in 2013. It is known that the Eterne is based on a supercar Lotus Elite 2014, which makes it possible to make the assumption only of its power trains of this new and far concept.

Recall that the Lotus Elite has a 620-strong Motril V8, which is able to develop 720 Nm of torque, that is a lot, and no wonder that this car is a concept. In the future there will be the emergence of a hybrid version with a kinetic energy recovery system called KERS and also this car will have an electric motor integrated into the transmission. It is assumed that the cost of the coupe Lotus Eterne will be about 120,000 pounds.
