Lotus built racing bolide for “Mad Max”

As a promotion team Lotus F1 and Warner Bros have built a unique concept car; Formula 1 called Lotus Mad Max Hybrid, which is equipped with a hybrid power plant, and flamethrowers, and is defended by spiked wheels.
Promotional force pilots Lotus Romain Grosjean and Pastor Maldonado took part in the shootings.

Executive director of the racing team Crater Matthew explained that the film company Warner Bros. Lotus has chosen as a partner because this team is “stubborn by nature”: “No matter how to change the rules,” Formula 1 “in the future – we are still fighting.”
